Drop in Healing & Meditation Day - Every Friday 10am to 2pm

Friday at the centre is Healing Day. Activities start at 10 a.m. with a relaxing meditation taken by Ann Argar. Shirley Harris, an aboriginal elder from the tribe who found the remnants of the Burke and Wills expedition is usually there assisting Ann, bringing a grounded alternative awareness to proceedings.

The meditation circle is often followed by psychometry or other activities to stimulate and foster the development of intuitive skills. There is healing in meditation. A relaxed body and calm mind is more open to healing.

After the meditation the group breaks up and the tables are set up for healing.  Since Healing Day's inception nearly twenty years ago there have been a continuous and varied stream of healers volunteering their skills, talents and guidance to those who desire calmness and balance in their lives.

There are usually Reiki Masters and Pranic Healers available each Friday as well as the odd kinesiologist. Practitioners of many alternate therapies have offered their services over the years as well as some from western orthodox medicine. Most practitioners however, use energy, be it Traditional Chinese Medicine in the form of Acupressure, Shiatsu, Reiki, Kinesiology or Pranic Healing.

Meditation - Every Tuesday Night 7.30pm

Tuesday night at the Salisbury Centre we hold our Meditation and Development Circle.  The circle is run by the Salisbury Centre's Spirirtual Ministers and occassionally we have a special guest facilitator.  This group welcomes all people from beginners to advanced.  After the guided meditation, the group partakes in development exercises such as psychometry, tarot reading or healing etc.

Meditation begins promptly at 7.30pm, so please arrive early.

Join our friendly ladies at our Art, Craft and Hobby Day.  Whether you wish to express your creative side (or just intouch with it again), or you just want someone to have a chat and cuppa with.

Reiki Share Night - the last Thursday of the Month at 7.30pm

Are you attuned to Reiki?  How often do you receive a healing yourself.  The last Thursday night of the month is the perfect night for you to do just that.  Join with other Reiki Healers to give and recieve some healing.

Here at the Community Group for Personal Growth Inc, we hold a special day at the beginning of each month where you can receive guidance and healing.  $20 per session.  There is no need to book, just turn up on the day.
