HALL HIRE and BOOKING INFORMATION
The hall is available for many types of functions and is conveniently located close to trains and bus. There is seating for approximately 70 people.
HALL HIRE RATES:
- Hourly hire $20.00
- Half Day hire $40.00
- Full Day hire $70.00
- Two Day hire $120.00
Discounts may be offered for permanent weekly programs (discount not available on hourly rates).
Alternative Fees Option: The Centre offers an arrangement called a 50/50 split. This is a great way to run your workshop at the Centre when you are unsure of numbers or if you are starting out on your journey. We simply split the door takings, 50% for you and 50% for us. If you would like to consider this option, please speak to the Bookings Co-ordinator.

- Morning – half day 9 am – 12.30 pm
- Afternoon – half day 1 pm – 4.30 pm
- Full Day 9 am – 4.30 pm
- Evening 7 pm – 10.30 pm (1/2 day price)
- Full Weekend (2 days) 9 am – 4.30 pm both days
- Hourly blocks eg 7.30 am – 8.30 am
Conditions of use:
- No alcohol is permitted on the premises.
- All food to be supplied by the hirer.
- All of the Centre’s facilities may be utilized during the hire, except for the Library and telephone.
- Facilities include fridge, electric jug, urn for water, microwave, crockery and cutlery, stereo system, fans & air conditioners.
- Hall must be left clean and tidy. Dishes to be washed and put away and bins emptied.
- When leaving the hall, all appliances should be switched off (except fridge), including the lights, fans, & air conditioning.
- Ensure the hall is properly secured and locked when leaving, and that toilet doors are locked.
- You are responsible for the safe return of the key if issued one, and for the property of the Centre during the time of hire.
